Sixty years ago the Hackensack-based commercial real estate firm, NAI James E. Hanson, was founded by James E. Hanson. James’ son, Peter O. Hanson took over the company’s reigns in the 1970s until the 1990s, when his son and the company’s current president William (Bill) Hanson took over.
