The second R&J Make A Difference Award was given to Tim Gerdes, Director of Digital Services at R&J Strategic Communications. The quarterly award is given to an employee to recognize their achievements in making a difference to our clients, our business and the community.

Tim has used his knowledge, insights and experience in digital marketing to help make a difference for the agency and our clients. He is an instrumental team member in educating our clients and our staff of the current digital resources available to for our clients to reach their business goals.
