R&J Strategic Communications Promotes Rebecca Smith to Account Supervisor
R&J Strategic Communications, a full-service integrated marketing and public relations agency, is pleased to announce the promotion of Rebecca Smith to Account Supervisor. In her new role, Smith will take on a greater leadership position with her accounts as well as play a vital role in the continued growth of the agency’s healthcare and human services practice area.
Since joining R&J in 2017, Smith has been a valuable member of the agency and has become a trusted partner to her clients, which include some of the leading healthcare providers in New Jersey. Her media relations skills and work with the agency’s healthcare and human services accounts have helped position the agency for further growth and success. In keeping the community and clients in mind, Smith uses her unique ability to distill complex clinical messages into meaningful and comprehensive content. Smith will continue to manage day-to-day operations for her clients, which include RWJBarnabas Health, CarePlus NJ, First Children Services, Integrity House and other leading non-profits, healthcare and behavioral healthcare providers throughout the state.

A Lebanon Borough, N.J. resident, Smith graduated summa cum laude from Rider University, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations and a Master of Arts in Business Communication. She served as one of the founding members of Rider University’s Public Relations Student Society of America and was also recognized by the New Jersey Advertising Club as one of New Jersey’s Best Marketing and Communications Professionals under 40 in 2020.
